1. Choose the fabric (goods) you are interested in our catalogue.

2. Look at the photos and information in product´s detailed description.

3. If you are decided to buy it, write in the basket how many cm (m, pcs) you want. The indicated price is per 1 meter.
 
Example: I want to buy 30 cm of fabric. I will put 0.3 in the basket. The price is calculated to get the selected amount. The basket displays the price only for the amount I want to buy.
 
If I want 2 metres, I will write 2.
If I want 70 centimetres, I will write 0.7.
 
Some fabrics are sold as pieces. In the detailed description, there is always indicated how to put them to the basket if they are sold as pieces.
 
4. Proceed in the same way also with the other goods.
 
5. Any time you can display content of the basket and make any possible changes (change the amount, make a total deletion). The basket is in the upper right corner.
 
6. Select the transport. Select the means of payment.
 
7. ORDER
 
8. Fill in the data and do not forget to confirm your Agreement with the business terms and conditions.

9. Send the order. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail message. We will inform you about further steps and state of the order. State of the orde can be followed also in the Customer section after logging in.
What is the minimum amount of the goods I have to order?
 
The minimum amount is 20 cm in case of fabrics (the same for ribbons, linings, ...), unless stated otherwise. Then, in the multiples of 10 cm.
 
How to find out how much fabric (goods) you have in stock?
 
Near each product, in its detailed description, there is the amount available in stock. When cutting, it sometimes happens that the fabric is damaged and we have to remove the damaged piece and at that time it may happen that despite of the fact that the material was in stock, for example in the amount of 2 meters, there is only 1.6 metre left after the check-up.
 
What to do if I am interested in the goods currently sold out?
 
Haberdashery and linings are regularly supplied. With concrete fabrics, we are not able to guarantee that the specific collection is still available at the supplier, since the fabrics are regularly changed. In such a case, please contact us at info@bubufabrics.com and we will do the best we can to comply with your requirement.
 
Why is the colour of the fabric sometimes different?
 
Even though we are doing our best we can and the fabrics are photographed in a professional way, it sometimes happens that it is not possible to capture the exact colour shade. It is caused by the camera (it is not able to grasp the whole spectrum of colours) or by monitor setting. However, we are doing our best to have the pictures as realistic as possible and we offer the possibility to send the book of patterns so you can check it visually.
 
How will I know that you got my order right?
 
You will receive a confirmation e-mail message after sending the order. If you have not received it and it is not even in your Spam, please contact us at info@bubulakovo.sk.
 
 
I forgot to put something in the basket. What to do now?
 
Make the second order and send us a message with numbers of both orders at info@bubufabrics.com .We will link your orders and deduct the second postage. Consequently, we will send you the corrected invoice with all ordered goods.

With the other goods, the delivery period is normally within 10 working days. In case of longer delivery period, we will inform you by phone or e-mail about the estimated date of dispatch the next working day after you send the order.
 
Do you have a store?
 
No. Bubulákovo is an online shop.  However, it is possible, upon agreement, to take the order in person.

In the upper right corner of the monitor there is the icon Log in/My account. Please fill in your details and your login will be automatically sent to the email address you have provided.
 
I forgot my password. What to do?
 
Click on the icon Log in/My account. Click on Did you forget your password? Your new login will be sent to your contact email.

How to do it?
 
After you receive the goods, please check integrity of the package. If it is damaged, file a complaint directly with the transport company on the site. At home, check the package carefully (if the amount is o.k., if the correct fabric was delivered and check for any possible defects on the fabric). If you find a defect, first write us at info@bubufabrics.com (not always we are able to answer a phone call). Describe the defect and do not forget to attach a photo. We will get back to you within 48 hours at the latest.
   
Filing a complaint or withdraw from the contract?
 
Fabrics are made-to-measure, so it is not possible to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason. Only a complaint is possible - a hole in the fabric, print defect, different amount. It is not possible to withdraw from the contract due to dissatisfaction with fabric colour, pattern size and alike.
If you find a hole in the fabric, print defect, the procedure is complaint. Please, make a photo of the defect and send it to us by email. We strive to solve all complaints to our customers´ satisfaction by exchange of the goods, returning the money or providing a discount after agreement.
As the goods come from the manufacturer to us in in volumes of several tons and are further processed in our company, we may overlook any print or material defects. We strive to do our best to prevent it, but we are just people. Please, be indulgent. We will certainly solve everything to your satisfaction.
Ribbons, straps and rubber are often supplied with a cut. We strive to deliver them without any cuts, as a whole, but it is not always possible. Materials must always be pre-washed. They may bleed with the first washing. You always have to count with shrinking.
We strive to cut any dirty material beyond the ordered quantity. Small washable stains shall not be subject to any complaints.
