This notice is not approved automatically. We will check the information manually and contact you by e-mail or telephone. For fabric cut according to the ordered quantity, the case may instead fall under a complaint or a statutory exception.

For cash on delivery, we do not have the original bank account for the refund. You may provide an IBAN voluntarily; we will accept the notice without it and request the details later if needed.

What happens next?
After submission we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. Bubulákovo's administrator will check the information and contact you with the next steps. No reason for the withdrawal is required.
